See the recommendations from the United States Centers for Disease Control or those from the health department of your own country. Currently the guidelines include hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningococcus, typhoid, yellow fever for persons older than 9 months, and possibly rabies depending on likelihood of exposure. Also, "As needed, booster doses for tetanus-diphtheria, measles, and a one-time dose of polio vaccine for adults."
The same site discusses malaria prevention.
We do see cases of all of those diseases with the possible exception of yellow fever and diphtheria which are quite rare. Malaria prevention is very important as it is a common and potentially fatal disease.
