What is shopping like in Nigeria?

Market in JosThere are many open markets with little stalls selling almost anything you can imagine. There are also small shops that sell imported items like cereal, ketchup and canned goods. Dorothy has trained our house helpers to can tomatoes and fruit sauces and she freezes meats, corn and other vegetables. We buy eggs in one place, meat in another and so on so shopping takes all morning. --Bill Ardill
